I was looking for a trainer who was skilled in working with older women who had a history of weight difficulties. I felt scared and pretty lucky because I had been looking for someone for some time. I told Kathy about my desire to lose about 40 pounds, regain my strength and build my stamina. After my sessions, I noticed an immediate difference. I started sleeping better.
At this point I have lost over 40 pounds, lots of it fat. I have gained muscle galore and Lord knows how many inches have gone by the wayside. I have dropped 3 dress sizes plus I have newly revealed cheek bones, collar bones, knees and bones in my butt.
I believe in the work she does so thoroughly that I am sorry I didn't seek help sooner.
