Big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be quality

If you need the encouragement of others but want a more one-on-one training experience, our small group circuit training is the answer. With 4 to 6 people in each class session, you are provided with a more intimate workout environment. In this workout you will work through multiple stations that target specific muscle groups in order to increase endurance. Quick exercises with timed resting periods result in a full body workout. This functional training class will provide you with the muscle definition and physical growth you are looking for.
