Rock is professionally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED emergency response. He makes every effort to go above and beyond for his clients’ needs. Rock has spent a great deal of time learning about body mechanics, movement modifications, and mobility work. He currently implements his knowledge to help his clients get stronger, leaner, and healthier in all aspects. Using a variety of methods including kettlebells, HIIT, circuit training, and more, Rock is committed to helping you accomplish your goals.
