Personalized Group Training Classes with Rock!

If you need the encouragement of others but want a more one-on-one training experience, our small group personal training is the answer. With 4 to 6 people in each class session, you are provided with a personalized program in an intimate workout environment. In this workout you will be constantly challenged with fun and varied movements. This functional training class will provide you with muscle definition, flexibility and fat loss for the body you’ve always dreamed of!
Personalized Group Training occurs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s at 7:00am and Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30pm.
